Red Deer Sleeping (Mog Fry) creates elemental nature inspired songs lovingly created from the heart through voice, baritone ukulele, cuatro, wooden flutes, tin whistle and recent explorations with tongue drum and harmonium.
Albums include ‘The Flower In Your Heart’ ‘The Heart Jewel’, ‘LOVE’, Holding the Light, Medicine Journey and Prayer for Despacho.
Recent EP releases include ‘Healing Mantras’, Karma Dharma and Butterflies, You Are With Me, and most recently launched a community collaborative recording of ‘Light Of The Sun’
The earlier seasonal collection of EPs (Autumn, Winter & Spring) are set to poems by the imagist poets of the early 20th Century - including Amy Lowell, D H Lawrence, T.E. Hulme and Victorian & Romantic poets. (Thank you to the wonderful musicians who have brought your beautiful time and energy to these seasonal songs: Simon West, Sarah Moody and Rachael Dadd.)
Other musical projects have included collaborating with Jon Hunt in The Wraiths, Dan Weltman of Snails and In The Folde with Chris Cordrey (Hammered Dulcimer) and Rosie Holmes (Vocals and Percussion).

I’ve been tuning in to New Reality Journeys and enjoying some really interesting and inspiring conversations, stories, meditations, music and more.
