We’ll begin by being welcomed with soothing scents, gently arriving into the space. Together we’ll sing along to Elemental Mantras, opening the heart and grounding our energy. A Heart Opening Tea will accompany our settling, inviting warmth and presence.

Serene Sound Bath

Allow yourself to relax into a serene Sound Bath, where vibration and stillness meet in deep restoration. We’ll share a light lunch and refreshments, offering time for meaningful connection and quiet reflection. The day will close with a guided meditation, integrating the experience and returning you to balance.

This is an opportunity to receive — to rest, recalibrate, and reconnect.

Healing Mantras coming soon!

Dear friends,

Looking forward to sharing my Healing Mantras EP with you next week for the full moon. It feels like perfect timing as although I hadn’t planned to release these yet, over the last couple of weeks when I was not well, I was reminded how beneficial these beautiful mantras can be for our health and well being. I know so many of you are also feeling under the weather with the weight of these uncertain times and this change in the season has been particularly strong. I recorded these mantras over a year ago and they've been sitting gathering virtual dust. I wasn’t sure that they were ready to share but listening again to them I actually  like them and although they probably need professional mastering to really bring out the sound especially with the tongue drum there is a sweetness in their rawness.

Thanks again to Rachel Elnaugh-Love for encouraging tips and suggestions on A Dragon's Guide To Business. Reminding me that our creations don't need to be perfect to share them with the world. Though I’m still visualising the perfect sound engineer to align with my vision!

While not being able to do my usual work singing I have found writing a great solace and meditative experience. Enjoying compiling my print making journal during my time in Bristol and my residency in Japan in 2020. A book is forming. It's been wonderful to revisit those years and see some beautiful synchronicities on that journey.

Sunlight Meditation: Praise To The Light Of The Sun

Dear friends,

the recording of Praise To The Light Of The Sun from our Elemental Song Gathering For Peace and Unity is now available to listen to for free on Insight Timer. Thanks to my dear friend Vikki Henderson at Soul Energy Alchemy for offering a guided meditation to gently take us into this sunlight song and the opportunity to it sing together. It’s so wonderful to see how this has unfolded from the seed of an idea into a beautiful 22 minute nourishing meditation and song with the voices of a beautiful heart-centred group of women who were invited to sing with us in community, in harmony. Thank you, Vikki, Becky, Bianca, Maria, Suzy, and Emma. They heard the song for the first time and, after only a few renditions, I recorded their voices that same day.

“I felt so empowered”

One woman was a little apprehensive about recording her vocals as she had been told as a child that she couldn’t sing. I encouraged her to just be her natural self and enjoy the process. I asked her afterwards how she felt and she said she felt so empowered. She really enjoyed the process and let go of the old story. It was beautiful to see her blossom into the song and the joy of everyone coming together to share their voices. This is community. This is connection. This is the joy of sharing in our uniqueness and being together as one.
