routine

Since returning from Cornwall after a retreat at Trenarren House I have been keeping to a morning routine for over a month now which has been so helpful for balancing my energy. These early morning walks every day have uplifted my spirits so much. Connecting with nature. Tuning into the earth. Listening to the birds. I feel a shift and sure spring is helping too.

I’ve also been working on a new song that connects in with my time at Trenarren House.

I will share the song when I’ve made a recording..for now just a big thank you to Jez, Lisa, Emma and Ana for time and space to BE at Trenarren House.

“Breathing in, I feel compassion and loving kindness for myself;

Breathing out, I smile to my body and mind.

Breathing in, I let go of all worries;

Breathing out, I dwell peacefully in the present moment.”

Sister Chan Duc, one of Thich Nhat Hahn's Monastic sisters

Oh and thank you to Lord Henry too!
