Heart-opening mantras, medicine songs and Reiki
On Sunday 11th October from 2–4pm I’ll be collaborating with Sara Pettigrew of Star Reiki for an afternoon of heart-opening mantras, medicine songs and Reiki. Sara is a Reiki Master Teacher and holistic therapist who guides people to reconnect with the energy in themselves and find calm, clarity, and healing.
We invite you to join our beautiful circle of togetherness through music and Reiki. We'll hold the space gently so you can fully let go, relax, and receive. In the space we will learn how to ground and connect to the energy that is always within us, build a shield, and give and receive Reiki in a healing circle. We will close with a guided meditation to let go of what no longer serves us.
I will be weaving songs inspired from nature and the elements inviting gentle call-and-response singing along the way accompanied by baritone ukulele, cuatro, wooden flutes and tongue drum.
