Heart-opening mantras, medicine songs and Reiki
We still have a few spaces for out Heart Star gathering this afternoon from 2–4pm with Sara Pettigrew of Star Reiki for an afternoon of heart-opening mantras, medicine songs and Reiki. Sara is a Reiki Master Teacher and holistic therapist who guides people to reconnect with the energy in themselves and find calm, clarity, and healing.
We invite you to join our beautiful circle of togetherness through music and Reiki. We'll hold the space gently so you can fully let go, relax, and receive. In the space we will learn how to ground and connect to the energy that is always within us, build a shield, and give and receive Reiki in a healing circle. We will close with a guided meditation to let go of what no longer serves us.
I will be weaving songs inspired from nature and the elements inviting gentle call-and-response singing along the way accompanied by baritone ukulele, cuatro, wooden flutes and tongue drum.
We look forward to sharing this autumnal afternoon with you.

NRJ - New Reality Journeys
New Reality Journeys is a brand new platform that offers listeners a rich variety of immersive audio experiences. It just launched this month. I’ve been tuning in to New Reality Journeys and enjoying some really interesting and inspiring conversations, stories, meditations, music and more. Tom Evans who founded the project invited me to be involved so I’m excited to be part of this warm and welcoming space where we can evolve together. I’m currently offering some of my music through a couple of pathways ‘Songs and Singers’ and ‘Self Care’. I’ll be adding more soon. There are so many lovely offerings to explore at NRJ. Come and have a listen and say hi!
