Our next Melodic Meditation at The Centre Of Complementary Medicine will be Sunday 16th June. That’s tomorrow! I completely forgot to share this as I’ve been away. If you see this post before tomorrow at 10am there are still spaces available and it’s a lovely opportunity to take time out for yourself, with friends and family. To sing mantras of the heart together with space to rest and receive medicine songs infused with nature & the elements.

Tara's Temple

So looking forward to being in Bristol this weekend singing songs and mantras of the heart with dear friends. Thank you Lilla Dahlia for hosting this beautiful gathering at Tara’s Temple. We’ll be focusing our energy and prayers with Tara ‘Mother of all Buddhas’, goddess of wisdom and compassion.

I’m excited about offering more Melodic Meditation gatherings in Bristol and beyond and will be in touch soon about how this is unfolding.
