Pavamana Mantra

The Pavamana mantra is a purifying prayer for spiritual transformation, guiding one from illusion to truth, darkness to light, and the limited to the limitless.

Om Sri Lakshmi

An invocation and prayer to Goddess Lakshmi offering salutations and blessings to the goddess of wealth, prosperity, and abundance.

White Tara

White Tārā is a female Buddhist deity known for her kindness, healing, and long life. She is often called the "Mother of all Buddhas" because she represents pure, caring wisdom. Her seven eyes help her see and relieve the suffering of all beings. She reminds us to be compassionate and provides guidance on the path to enlightenment.

Medicine Buddha

Medicine Buddha's compassion and boundless wisdom is used for healing all forms of suffering. The mantra is a powerful prayer for healing, addressing the Medicine Buddha directly to ask for his help. Chanting the mantra is a practice to request healing and purification on all levels of your being, from your physical body to your spiritual mind.

Save Cwtch Coffee

I have just heard that my friend’s most wonderful independent Cwtch Coffee cafe and gallery in Pembroke Dock is in need of support at this time. They need to raise money to buy the building so they continue to be of invaluable service to their community. Michael and Keo are just wonderful hard working generous beings and I am so grateful for all the support and encouragement that they have given to me over the years. It’s an incredible unique place with monthly music events from musicians all over the world. I love playing in this cosy intimate space. Here is the link for their Go Fund me page for more information about their journey.
