You’re invited to a nourishing day designed to support your own wellbeing. Together, we’ll connect through practices that replenish body, mind, and spirit.
Elemental Mantras
We’ll begin by being welcomed with soothing scents, gently arriving into the space. Together we’ll sing along to Elemental Mantras, opening the heart and grounding our energy. A Heart Opening Tea will accompany our settling, inviting warmth and presence.
Serene Sound Bath
Allow yourself to relax into a serene Sound Bath, where vibration and stillness meet in deep restoration. We’ll share a light lunch and refreshments, offering time for meaningful connection and quiet reflection. The day will close with a guided meditation, integrating the experience and returning you to balance.
This is an opportunity to receive — to rest, recalibrate, and reconnect.

During the retreat we will be using temple-grade incense and high-quality essential oils. However, they can still interact with certain health conditions. Other things to be aware of is that Sound Baths are not recommended for people who suffer from epilepsy, sound induced migraines and women in their first or last trimester of pregnancy. Do get in touch before booking if you are at all concerned.
