The benefit of looking at the shadow is seeing the light of love surrounding it
As we navigate these shifting times on Earth, each of us carries unique gifts and offerings. Some of us may take a little longer to truly honour our own—often allowing outdated patterns to fuel self-doubt and fear that disconnect us from our true nature. The parts of ourselves we hide to please others, to stay small, can weigh heavily on the mind and manifest as suffering in the body. When we learn to value, love, and integrate these hidden aspects, we open the door to real transformation.

Metamorphosis isn’t always graceful—it can be slow and painful, or suddenly swift and illuminating. But time becomes irrelevant when we surrender to the present moment. This is where the journey to self-love begins and unfolds.
